Wedding Colours for 2014

Which are the Wedding Colours for 2014? When you choose your wedding colours consider the mood you want to create and choose a colour palette that will compliment both your location, theme and Wedding Party.

So what’s on trend in 2014?

The Pantone Colour of 2014 is Radiant Orchid, a harmony of fushia, purple and pink undertones.  According to Pantone it emanates great joy, love and health, so what more could a Bride need! We are sure to see this colour filter through the wedding industry.

Why not take a look at Pantones other colours for 2014!  There is something for everyone:-

Placid Blue * Voilet Tulip * Hemlock
Paloma * Sand * Freesia
Cayenne * Celosia Orange * Dazzling Blue

Subtle Shades
Sorbet and Pastel shades continue to be popular in 2014.  Soft romantic pastels of pink and turquoise as well as vintage pink and nude tones are still firm favourites with many Brides.

From flowers to fluffy pompoms, the trend for shading seems to show no sign of fading away this year.  You will see “Ombre” as it is known everywhere: from flowers to bridesmaid’s dresses, cakes to decor, even hairstyles.
